Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

If an item is defective or damaged in transit please send us an email at hello@theodoreandgeorge.com to discuss returning your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your item is received and inspected we will notifiy you whether we can offer a refund or exchange.
